This is a Dryer Thermostat and Fuse Kit for Maytag Dryers. Dryers that use the LA-1044 element also use this kit. This kit comes with to thermal fuses: one for gas dryers and one for electric dryers. The part numbers of the fuses are 53-1096 and 53-1182. The part number of the high limit thermostat is 53-0771 and replaces part: LA-1053, LA1053
